Travel Advisors confirm separate accommodation and flights. This will be shown on the booking details you sign when confirming your reservation.

Bookings cancelled more than 10 weeks / 70 days before the departure date any deposits shall be forfeited.

Bookings cancelled Within 10 weeks 69 days of departure full amount 100% cancellation fee or that of the tour operator.  Please 
be advised the the terms and conditions of the tour operator that your holiday has been confirmed with will precede

TERMS OF USE
 

1. Using Travel Advisors Ltd.

Travel Advisors is maintained for your personal use and viewing. The access and use of Travel Advisors featuring these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

Information collected by us is used to improve the content of Travel Advisors Ltd, to customise the content and/or layout of Travel Advisors Ltd and to contact users. Acting as an aggregator/Agent, Travel Advisors Ltd will only pass your details onto a third party travel company as deemed necessary to complete your travel booking and as per your specific instructions.

These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to the web site located at www.traveladvisors.ie. The Site is the property of the Company. BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE; IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. COVID 19 / SOCIAL DISTANCE WAIVER CONDITIONS WHEN BOOKING WITH TRAVEL ADVISORS

To be signed by the lead name or nominated representative for the party, if any of the travelling party has decided to travel while either or both Covid19 virus and Social Distance restrictions are in place in resort that could effect the performance of a component in the travel arrangements booked or activities/facilities at the place of destination.

Local government measures and guidelines established at each individual city and resorts are to protect travellers through various sanitary and social distancing measures which could impact on client’s transfers, hotel stays, airport check ins etc.  Tourists are likely to find that not all facilities and services are available as usual. Travel Advisors Ltd does not accept complaints on lack of facilities due to these extraordinary circumstances. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and Social Distance measures, Travel Advisors Ltd cannot guarantee that you the client will not be exposed during their trip.  By booking with Travel Advisors Ltd you acknowledge and agree that you the client and all your party travelling assumes these inherent risks associated with any part of their travel/holiday purchased with Travel Advisors.

 

I/We have chosen to travel on the above booking arranged by Travel Advisors Ltd with the above providers and hereby absolve my/our Travel Agent – Travel Advisors Ltd from any and all possible liability which may arise as a consequence of me/us to travel on this booking while knowing of the possibility of Covid19 virus risk and Social Distance Measures at the destination place i.e. place, city, resort and country.

Covid-19 Conditions Please note that local government measures and guidelines established at each individual City and Resort are to protect travellers through various sanitary and social distancing measures which could impact on Flights, transfers, hotel stays, airport check ins etc. Tourists are likely to find that not all facilities and services are available as usual. It would be an impossible task to list all facility updates and closures therefore if you have any specific questions please email andrew@traveladvisors.ie  for clarification. We apologize for any inconvenience that this inevitable change may cause and we must inform you that we will not accept claims for lack of any service or limitation thereof due to exceptional circumstances. Please note that any public location where people are present provides an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19, Travel Advisors cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your trip. By travelling with Travel Advisors you acknowledge and agree that you assume these inherent risks associated with any part of your travel/holiday.
 

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
Additional terms and conditions may apply specific portions or features of the Site, including contests, promotions or other similar features, all of which are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. You shall abide by such other terms and conditions, including where applicable representing that you are of sufficient legal age to use or participate in such service or feature.
